As a Korean, I can tell you that this restaurant serves descent Korean foods. Most of the time there is a line of people waiting to get seated, so you may want to arrive early. I tried chicken cheese fondue and fried rice. Both tasted pretty good.

Kimchi pancake for the win! So crispy and packed with flavor! Hands down the best I’ve had. Any of the bowls and any of the protein choices are also packed with flavor. I’ve never had a skillet come out as sizzling hot as this so the rice develops a scrumptious crust to it. Can’t wait to go back again!

The kimchi soup is delicious. The pickled radish was the star of the day. There seafood and pork was decent too!

Questions & Answers

You'll have to park on the street. It's mostly metered parking but there's some 2-hour no meter on 5th street by the temple and by Roy's station. Also all meters are free after 6pm everyday, on Sundays and on holidays.

No they do not. They do serve an assortment of soups, including some with instant noodles, but I have not seen black bean noodles on the menu. They do have the stone pot rice bowls with egg on top...very good

Kimchi usually comes free with your dishes, though I did order to-go one time and my order didn't come with all the sides, which was disappointing. You might be better served going to a Korean market like Hankook or HMart.
